Leah Weinstein
Costume Designer
Leah Weinstein is a Vancouver-based artist working in sculpture, costume and performance. Using everyday objects and readymade materials, her interdisciplinary practice explores relationships between individuals and collectives, action and display. Her professional experience includes public art commissions, community art, and designing costumes for contemporary theatre and dance companies. She completed an MFA at Emily Carr University of Art + Design in 2014, and her work has been supported by Access Gallery; Dynamo Gallery; the BC Arts Council; Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation; Banff Centre; Touchstones Nelson Museum of Art & History; and City of Richmond Public Art Commissions.
